I called today to get an estimate on getting my garage door opener either fixed or replaced. Robert was able to get to my house a few hours after we spoke, quickly diagnosis the issue, and quoted me a very reasonable price. 3 hours after my initial call, my garage door is fixed and I couldn’t be happier with Robert and his colleague’s service.

Garage Door Repair Estimate did not exceed Chicago

OK – I was so impressed with these guys, I decided to write my first review on Yelp after getting my garage door promptly repaired this past week by Robert’s Repair. I called the number at 10:00 on a Wednesday evening and Robert himself answered on the 2nd ring. Based on the symptoms I told him, he gave me a no BS estimate and told me what time he could have a guy there to repair. His guy showed up on time, was professional, got the job done to my satisfaction and did not exceed the estimate that Robert gave me over the phone. And my garage door runs like new. These guys know their stuff!

I called for a small repair at 4:00 on a Saturday, and Robbie came within a few hours and did a great job at a very reasonable price (compared to another quote I got before calling him).

He is very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. I would highly recommend him.

Incredibly Reasonable Service Fees for Garage Door Repair Chicago

When my garage door wouldn’t close, I called another company but was unable to leave a message because their machine was full. I found Robert’s via Yelp and gave him a call at 4:30 pm. Robbie was here & gone and my door was back on the track by 5:00 pm. He’s polite, very helpful, and his service fees are incredibly reasonable. Consider me a customer for as long as I own a garage.

Garage Door Repair QUICK and FAIR Chicago

Robbie was fantastic My garage door became frozen to the ground due to the snow this morning, causing a bracket to snap and breaking my garage door. Robbie came over and fixed it QUICKLY this morning at a more than FAIR price.

This my first post on Yelp, but I found Robbie through others who had posted about how great he was and that’s why I called him. He’s excellent. I had to post my feedback as well, because these are the type of guys you want to see succeed and give more business to. I’ll definitely be recommending him to my friends! Don’t think twice – call him!

I spoke to Robert over the phone and he was very friendly and understandable with pricing. I told him my problem thinking the garage door opener needed replacing but instead he recommended reparing the gears.

His colleague Jose shows up at my door and within the next hour my garage door was fixed!

I was very pleased with the service and appreciated their honesty.

Highly recommend for any garage door service/installation.

Garage Door Repair Spring Mechanism Fix Chicago

So I came home from work earlier this week and pulled into the garage no problem. Pushed the button to close the garage and it made horrible noises, wouldn’t go all the way down and wasn’t even straight anymore. We had a garage door guy we used several months back that was referred to us. He took several hours to call back and when I mentioned this, he even got defensive with me. Alas, we were desperate and used him anyways. So this time, we placed a call to that same person but to hedge my bets, I went onto Yelp and found Robert’s Garage Door Professionals and called him as well. Robert was reached immediately and said he was finishing another job and would call when he was on his way. The other person did call back in a more timely manner but I told him his services were no longer needed.

Robert was fantastic. Called as he indicated he would do when he was on his way. Once at our place he identified the issue immediately! He did a temporary fix for the night so I could get my car out in the morning (as well as close the door for the night too!). He didn’t charge for this as we agreed to have him back the next day to change the spring mechanism to something more reliable. He showed up within the time constraint we had to allow my wife to let him in but leave for work on time… He had quoted a price the night before and charged exactly what he said he was going to charge. He did a fabulous job! I was very impressed and felt very comfortable with him. I would gladly recommend him to anyone in need. Top notch!!
