Robbie is a hardworking guy that does good work. His quote was significantly less than other places/people I called and he accomplished the job quickly. This was last summer and there’s been no problems with the garage door operation since he fixed it. His work included a one-year warranty on parts and labor. He is honest, very professional and offers excellent customer service. He didn’t pressure me (like some other places I called) by telling me I had to make a decision by 4pm tomorrow or else I’d have to wait another three weeks for the special order (“special” my a**!) part to get shipped. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, he offered to fix small parts rather than tell me I needed to replace parts (or the whole thing! for that matter). He did take about six months to bill me (I insisted on a written invoice, please, with printed warranty info) and then we disagreed about the price he had originally quoted, so we settled in the middle.
