Robbie is highly knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and provides tremendous customer service. Needless to say, it is (sadly) difficult to find a repair person who possesses just one of these traits, so finding someone like Robbie who has all three is a very welcome surprise.
Robbie came (on the same day that I called) to look at my electric opener, which had recently stopped operating. Robbie pinpointed the problem swiftly, fixed it quickly, and explained the cause as well as how to avoid it in the future. I cannot overstate how impressed I was with every aspect of the service Robbie provided.
