Couldn’t have been happier with their service. It was Sunday night at around 6 pm. I’m closing my three car garage door (three condo owners) when suddenly it makes a terrible sound and gets stuck halfway down. One side is much lower than the other. It doesn’t look good. Garage won’t go up or down. I leave a message for the company that services our garage door, but I don’t hear back and we need this thing fixed before the morning. So I get on Yelp and I see Robert’s has a super good rating. I call them, he answers and he just happens to be coming through our neighborhood shortly. He’s over in 20 minutes, discovers a busted, rusted out cable and works on it for over an hour. He’s super knowledgeable and really nice. I expected to get charged an arm and a leg for 6:30PM Sunday night service but I’m shocked that I’m essentially getting regular working hour prices. Because Sunday is a regular work day for them. Amazing. Couldn’t be happier.
