We contacted Robert’s Garage Door Prof when we discovered our spring on our 2 car garage door broke. Robbie answered and arranged to meet us at our home after work to access the situation and quote us price. In the interim, I had received quotes over the phone from 2 other companies. His initial quote came in higher than the 2 others but he quickly matched the lower one plus reduced it an additional $25. I was already interested in using him due to the reviews on yelp, so we chose Robbie to do the job. It wasn’t critical to have our door fixed immediately so we arranged to have it fixed a couple days later when I was working from home. Robbie communicated very well the day of to let me know when he would be arriving. He arrived on time with his brother. They were both very respectful about not walking through my home with their shoes on and were very professional. The had the spring changed out in about 45 minutes and in addition, had tuned up & lubricated the door and tightened loose hinges. In the end, we chose to pay him the extra $25 as he was well worth it. It’s a tough economy and I would hate to see him out of business. I highly recommend him.
