My Liftmaster opener failed. I opened it up hoping I could fix it myself, only to find shredded gears. Without the time or knowledge to work on it, I called Robert around midnight and left a message. He called me first thing in the morning and set up a visit a few hours later with his brother Jack. Jack quickly made the repair and helped me to understand what caused the problem and how to prevent it from happening in the future. I appreciate the helpful advice, reasonable price, and timely service. I will call Robert’s in the future should I have any more trouble with my garage door. Thanks guys!
