I called Robert today around noon, because my garage door wouldnt open. He said he would get someone out as soon as he could. Aaron came out and was really helpful. He found the source of the problem (which is based on the way the electrical is pulled out to my garage) and got the garage opener working. He offered to leave without charging me, but mentioned some small issues that could be corrected while he was there for a minimal charge. The garage door is so much quieter and feels more stable. LOVE these guys. They could have replaced the entire system for all I understand about these things, but they just did what needed to be done. Dont hesitate, they are true to the high Yelp ratings!
