Insanely prompt — he was actually at my house 7 minutes after I called!!
He called back with prices when he said he would, got the parts, and fixed my door the next day. He is very friendly and professional and didn’t tell me I should just get a new door and opener like most “repair” people do. He looks very young, and at first, I thought “Can this 15-year-old possibly fix my garage door?,” but he did, and now my door opens and closes perfectly!
He is awesome and cheap, a rare combination.
