My garage door opener broke one morning. I called as soon as I found out. Robbie and Ben came out the same afternoon (a Saturday). He explained the problem and presented my options. He replaced my opener, cleaned and serviced the tracks. He gave me a 5 year warranty. Robbie and Ben were prompt, professional, reasonably priced, and very straightforward. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of or pressured into items/services I didn’t need. Excellent customer service. HIGHLY recommended!
